Who we are
Footed (footed.pages.dev) is a small software product operated by Hrishikesh Pardeshi ("we"). By using Footed you agree to these terms.
Your license
You may use Footed for personal and business purposes, including converting statements for your clients. Paid plans are sold through Gumroad and unlock a number of pages per month (Starter, Pro) or a one-time number of pages (Pack). A license key is for you or your organisation; don't publish or resell it. Pro keys include API access within the same page allowance.
Payments, renewals and refunds
- Monthly plans renew automatically through Gumroad until you cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals; the key works until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: 14 days. If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal (reply to your Gumroad receipt) and you'll get a full refund. Refunded keys stop working.
- Monthly page allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and don't roll over. Pack pages don't expire.
- We may change prices for future purchases and renewals; changes never affect a period you've already paid for.
Acceptable use
- Only convert statements you are entitled to handle.
- Don't use Footed to alter, fabricate or misrepresent financial documents.
- Don't attempt to bypass limits, overload the service or access other users' data.
We may suspend keys or block traffic that breaks these rules.
No warranty
Footed is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is built to check its own work — reconciliation shows you when totals don't foot — but AI extraction can make mistakes and statements can be misread, especially poor scans. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for accounting, tax, lending or legal purposes. Footed is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Footed in the 12 months before the claim.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Footed available but can't promise uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes for paying users will be noted on this page before they take effect.
